An established, professional school of dance has been producing an annual show for over 20 years. Now that their roster has built up to over 40 performances per show and an audience of over 700 people, they decided that it is finally time to go professional with production. After they found a suitable Theater at which to have their show, they called us for Audio Visual Support. We joined them for a site survey at the Theater. We discussed their visions and their agenda for their big show.

LIGHTING DESIGN: After carefully studying and analyzing their show agenda and descriptions, we provided a creative Lighting Design for each and every one of their 48 separate scenes. While the Theater was well-equipped, we integrated a number of our special, high-end lighting fixtures into their existing system, as well as a professional Low Fog Special Effect - the same system that is used on Broadway and major Music Concerts.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR: We created the Lighting Design and had the staff at the theater execute it - hanging and placing fixtures, gelling the Lighting Instruments, etc. Then, during the show, we called the shots for everything Technical - Audio, Lighting, Video, and Special Effects - on time and on target.

VIDEO SUPPORT: We erected (2) 9'x12' Video Projection Screens in the Theater, one on each side of the stage. On these screens, we executed Video Mixing / Video Switching, projecting both IMAG (live images of the Performers on stage) and the names of each performance - along with a custom video design that we created for each scene.
